If Impact Digital Marketing Institute cancels the course, refunds are processed within thirty working days.
Cancellation & non-refundable cases

For a student-requested cancellation and refund, use the eligible window after two classes and before the third class.
After three classes, non-attendance, a change in interest, an expectation mismatch or partial course completion does not create an additional student-requested refund entitlement.
Institute cancellations are handled separately.
If the institute cancels the course, the institute-cancellation refund timeline is thirty working days.
