These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Impact Digital Marketing Institute ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing our website at impactdigitalmarketinginstitute.in, enrolling in our courses, or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By registering for a course, attending classes, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Student," "User," or "you") and Impact Digital Marketing Institute.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
2. Services Description
Impact Digital Marketing Institute provides:
Educational Services
- Digital Marketing Courses — Comprehensive training in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, content marketing, AI tools, and more
- Live Interactive Classes — Conducted via online platforms (Zoom, Google Meet) or in-person at our Hyderabad center
- Recorded Sessions — Access to class recordings for review and revision
- Course Materials — Digital study materials, PDFs, presentations, templates, and resources
- Practical Projects — Live client projects, case studies, and hands-on assignments
- Certifications — Course completion certificates upon meeting requirements
Support Services
- Placement Assistance — Resume building, mock interviews, job referrals (not a job guarantee)
- Mentorship — Ongoing guidance and doubt-clearing sessions
- Community Access — Alumni network, WhatsApp groups, peer support
- Technical Support — Help with course access and technical issues
3. Course Enrollment and Eligibility
3.1 Eligibility Requirements
- You must be at least 16 years of age to enroll in our courses
- Students aged 16-18 may require parental/guardian consent
- You must provide accurate and complete information during registration
- You must have access to a computer/laptop and stable internet connection for online classes
3.2 Enrollment Process
- Submit enrollment form with accurate personal information
- Select course, batch timing, and payment plan
- Complete payment through our secure payment gateway
- Receive enrollment confirmation and course access details via email/SMS
- Attend orientation session to understand course structure
3.3 Batch Allocation
Batch assignments are made based on availability and your preferred schedule (morning, evening, or weekend batches). We reserve the right to:
- Reschedule batches if minimum enrollment numbers are not met
- Combine or split batches for operational efficiency
- Change trainers if necessary, while maintaining quality standards
4. Course Fees and Payment Terms
4.1 Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods:
- Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay)
- UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm)
- Net Banking (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS)
- EMI Options (through third-party providers)
- Cash payments at our Hyderabad office
4.2 Fee Structure

4.3 Payment Terms
- All fees are in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise stated
- Fees are exclusive of GST (18% GST will be added to all invoices)
- Payment receipts will be provided via email within 24 hours
- Failed transactions will be refunded within 5-7 business days
- Overdue installments may result in course access suspension
⚠️ Late Payment Policy
If any installment payment is overdue by more than 7 days:
- Your course access may be temporarily suspended
- You may be charged a late fee of ₹500 per week
- Continued non-payment may result in enrollment cancellation
- No refund will be provided for fees already paid
5. Refund and Cancellation Policy
5.1 Cancellation Before Course Start
✓ Full Refund Eligibility (100% Refund)
- Cancellation requested 7+ days before the course start date
- Registration fee is non-refundable
- Processing time: 7-10 business days
50% Refund Eligibility
- Cancellation requested 3-6 days before the course start date
- 50% of paid fees will be refunded (excluding registration fee)
- Processing time: 7-10 business days
⚠️ No Refund
- Cancellation requested less than 3 days before course start
- Cancellation after course has started
- Absence from classes without prior notice
- Violation of our terms leading to enrollment termination
5.2 Refund After Course Start
No refunds are provided after the course has started, except in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Medical Emergency — Documented medical emergency preventing course continuation (50% refund, requires medical certificate)
- Course Cancellation by Us — If we cancel the course, full refund will be provided
- Service Failure — If we fail to deliver promised services (evaluated case-by-case)
5.3 Refund Process
- Submit refund request via email to support@impactdigitalmarketinginstitute.in
- Include enrollment ID, payment receipt, and reason for cancellation
- We will review and respond within 48 hours
- If approved, refund will be processed to original payment method within 7-10 business days
- Bank processing may take additional 3-5 days
5.4 Batch Transfer Policy
Instead of cancellation, you may request a one-time free batch transfer to a future batch:
- Request must be made at least 3 days before current batch start date
- Transfer subject to seat availability in requested batch
- Must join within 6 months of original enrollment date
- Second transfer request may incur ₹2,000 fee
6. Student Responsibilities and Code of Conduct
6.1 Academic Responsibilities
- Attendance — Maintain at least 75% attendance to be eligible for certification
- Assignments — Complete and submit all assignments by deadlines
- Projects — Participate in live projects and practical exercises
- Assessments — Take required tests and evaluations
- Active Participation — Engage in class discussions, Q&A sessions
6.2 Code of Conduct
All students must:
- Respect trainers, staff, and fellow students
- Attend classes on time and maintain professional behavior
- Not record, share, or distribute class recordings without permission
- Not use course materials for commercial purposes
- Not share login credentials or course access with others
- Provide constructive feedback without harassment or abuse
- Follow all online etiquette in virtual classes (camera on, mute when not speaking)
⚠️ Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination:
- Piracy or unauthorized distribution of course materials
- Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior toward anyone
- Cheating or plagiarism in assignments/projects
- Sharing login credentials or allowing unauthorized access
- Using course content for competitive commercial purposes
- Recording or screenshotting classes without permission
- Posting negative/false reviews or defamatory content
7. Intellectual Property Rights
7.1 Our Intellectual Property
All content provided during the course is protected by intellectual property laws and belongs to Impact Digital Marketing Institute. This includes:
- Course curriculum, syllabus, and teaching methods
- Video lectures, presentations, and recordings
- Study materials, PDFs, templates, and worksheets
- Case studies, examples, and project briefs
- Our logo, brand name, and website content
- Any proprietary tools or software provided
7.2 License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:
- Access and view course materials for personal learning purposes only
- Download materials for offline study (where permitted)
- Complete assignments and projects using provided resources
7.3 Restrictions
You may NOT:
- Copy, reproduce, or distribute course materials to third parties
- Sell, license, or commercially exploit our content
- Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works
- Remove copyright notices or proprietary markings
- Use our materials to create competing courses or training programs
- Share recorded classes on YouTube, social media, or any platform
7.4 Student Work Ownership
You retain ownership of work you create (assignments, projects, portfolios). However, by submitting work, you grant us a non-exclusive license to:
- Review and grade your submissions
- Use anonymized examples for teaching purposes
- Feature exceptional work in marketing materials (with your permission)
8. Course Access and Delivery
8.1 Course Access
- Duration — Access to live classes for course duration (typically 3-4 months)
- Recordings — Access to recorded sessions for 6 months after course completion
- Materials — Lifetime access to downloadable study materials
- Platform — Classes conducted via Zoom, Google Meet, or in-person
8.2 Course Schedule
- Class timings: Morning (7-9 AM), Afternoon (11 AM-1 PM), Evening (6-8 PM), Weekend (Sat-Sun 10 AM-1 PM)
- Classes held 5-6 days per week (weekday batches) or 2 days per week (weekend batches)
- Each session is 2-3 hours with breaks
- Holiday/break schedule will be communicated in advance
8.3 Technical Requirements
For online classes, you need:
- Laptop/desktop computer (smartphones not recommended for classes)
- Stable internet connection (minimum 2 Mbps speed)
- Working camera and microphone
- Updated web browser (Chrome, Firefox, Safari)
- Zoom/Google Meet application installed
⚠️ Service Interruptions
We strive for uninterrupted service but are not liable for:
- Internet connectivity issues on your end
- Platform outages (Zoom, Google Meet servers down)
- Scheduled maintenance windows (communicated in advance)
- Force majeure events (natural disasters, pandemics, government orders)
Missed classes due to our technical issues will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
9. Certification and Completion
9.1 Certification Eligibility
To receive a course completion certificate, you must:
- Attend at least 75% of live classes
- Complete and submit all required assignments
- Complete at least 1 live project with passing grade
- Pass the final assessment (if applicable) with minimum 60% score
- Have no outstanding fee payments
9.2 Certificate Details
- Format — Digital certificate (PDF) sent via email
- Content — Student name, course name, completion date, certificate number
- Verification — QR code for online verification
- Physical Certificate — Available on request (₹500 printing and courier charges)
- Timeline — Issued within 15 days of course completion
9.3 Third-Party Certifications
We guide you to obtain industry certifications (Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, HubSpot), but:
- These are issued by third parties (Google, Facebook, HubSpot), not by us
- You must pass their exams independently
- We provide preparation materials and guidance only
- Exam fees (if any) are separate and not included in course fee
10. Placement Assistance Disclaimer

Our 100% Placement Assistance means we provide comprehensive support but DO NOT guarantee employment.

- Job Referrals — Share opportunities from partner companies
- 10 Assured Interviews — Coordinate at least 10 interviews with relevant companies
- LinkedIn Optimization — Profile building and networking guidance
- Freelancing Guidance — How to find clients, pricing strategies
What We Don't Control:
- Final hiring decisions (made by employers, not us)
- Salary offers (negotiated between you and employer)
- Job market conditions and demand
- Your performance in interviews
- Employer requirements and candidate fit
Your Responsibilities for Placement:
- Actively participate in placement preparation activities
- Apply to jobs independently in addition to our referrals
- Attend interviews scheduled by us
- Maintain professional communication with employers
- Be flexible with job location, salary (entry-level roles)
11. Disclaimers and Limitations of Liability
11.1 Educational Disclaimers

We do not guarantee:
- Employment — Job placement depends on market conditions and your performance
- Income — Freelancing or business income varies widely based on effort and skill
- Business Success — Digital marketing results depend on many factors beyond our control
- Specific Results — Learning outcomes vary by individual effort and aptitude
11.2 Course Content Accuracy
- Course content is accurate as of the update date but digital marketing evolves rapidly
- Platform features (Facebook, Google) may change without notice
- We update curriculum regularly but cannot guarantee real-time updates
- You are responsible for staying current with industry changes
11.3 Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Impact Digital Marketing Institute shall not be liable for:
- Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
- Lost profits, business opportunities, or revenue
- Damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services
- Third-party actions or content (employers, platforms, tools)
- Errors or omissions in course content
Maximum Liability: Our total liability for any claims shall not exceed the amount you paid for the course.
12. Termination of Services
12.1 Termination by You
You may terminate your enrollment by following our cancellation and refund policy (Section 5).
12.2 Termination by Us
We reserve the right to terminate your enrollment and access immediately, without refund, if you:
- Violate these Terms or our Code of Conduct
- Engage in prohibited activities (piracy, harassment, cheating)
- Fail to pay fees despite reminders
- Provide false or fraudulent information
- Damage our reputation or business through defamation
- Use our services for illegal or unethical purposes
12.3 Effect of Termination
Upon termination:
- Your access to live classes, recordings, and materials will be revoked immediately
- You must cease using all course content
- No refunds will be provided for termination due to violation of terms
- Any certifications not yet issued will be withheld
- You remain liable for any outstanding fees
13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

14. General Provisions
14.1 Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Impact Digital Marketing Institute.
14.2 Severability
If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
14.3 Waiver
Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right.
14.4 Assignment
You may not transfer or assign your rights under these Terms. We may assign our rights without restriction.
14.5 Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failures due to events beyond our reasonable control (natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, wars, strikes, internet outages).
14.6 Language
These Terms are provided in English. Translations (if any) are for convenience only. The English version controls in case of conflicts.
